Front of House Manager
The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing all guest-facing operations at D Mike’s Resort Bar & Grill. This role ensures exceptional customer service, efficient daily operations, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- Ensure high standards of guest service and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain service excellence
- Create and manage staff schedules based on business needs
- Monitor dining room flow and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all front-of-house areas
- Enforce company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
- Support special events, large parties, and seasonal resort activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Prep Cooks & Line Cooks
We’re looking for kitchen pros who care about doing things the right way. Prep cooks who can handle volume, follow recipes, and keep pace. Line cooks who move with urgency, plate with consistency, communicate with the team, and take real ownership in their station.
We value cooks who take pride in their craft, show up prepared, and help drive standards forward. Experience is preferred but skill, work ethic, and attitude are what matter most.
Dishwasher
No restaurant runs without great dish support. We need reliable, fast paced back-of-house workers who take pride in keeping the machine moving.
Bartenders
Experienced bartenders who bring personality, polish, and consistency behind the bar. Must be strong in hospitality, communication, and attention to detail
Hosts
You’re the first face our customers see. Must be strong in hospitality, communication, and working well under pressure, we get busy!!
